Here at CTI one of the services we offer is cerakote, and one of the coolest and most popular custom cerakote jobs we do is the battleworn cerakote.  You get to pick two colors and which one you want to be your main color and which one will be the color bleeding through. The battleworn cerakote look is very cool looking and sure to catch the eye of all.  The battleworn look isn't just pleasing for the eye it is very durable and practical for your carry gun as well. Custom Tactical Innovations uses the technique of doing two coats of cerakote on our battleworn cerakote projects with a flash cure in between coats. Some companies do one coat with the scotchbrite technique but we feel at CTI that you lose some of your cerakote coverage and the protection cerakote offers with this technique. This is why at CTI we do the two coats with a flash cure and acetone technique so you lose no coverage, it gives you the option of picking the color that bleeds through, we think it looks better, and your firearm is still completely covered with cerakote.
